Responsibilities:
Email Marketing & Automation:
· Develop, execute, and optimize B2B and B2C email marketing campaigns in Klaviyo.
· Set up email automations (flows) for welcome sequences, abandoned carts, post-purchase follow-ups, and customer re-engagement.
· Segment audiences based on behavior, demographics, and customer lifecycle stages.
· Conduct A/B testing to optimize email subject lines, content, layouts, and calls-to-action.
· Ensure email deliverability, list hygiene, and compliance with GDPR and email marketing best practices.
Copywriting & Content Alignment:
· Craft compelling, conversion-focused email copy that resonates with different customer segments.
· Work closely with the social media and content team to align messaging across all channels.
· Write engaging LinkedIn posts to strengthen brand presence, drive engagement, and build relationships with B2B audiences.
· Adapt brand storytelling to fit different audience needs across email and LinkedIn.
Sales & Customer Retention Support:
· Develop email strategies that drive conversions for both B2C and B2B customers.
· Plan and execute seasonal promotions, product launches, and sales-driven email campaigns.
· Track email performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.
· Leverage CRM data to identify opportunities for customer retention, upselling, and loyalty programs.
LinkedIn & CRM Management:
· Manage Bazar Bizar’s LinkedIn presence, ensuring regular posting and engagement with our professional audience.
· Develop LinkedIn content strategies to boost brand visibility, credibility, and business networking.
· Use LinkedIn Analytics to track performance and refine content strategies.
· Ensure CRM data is updated, accurate, and used effectively for lead nurturing and customer retention.
Collaboration & Strategy Development:
· Work with the marketing team to align email campaigns with overall brand strategy.
· Partner with marketing team to craft personalized email outreach for high-value leads.
· Stay updated on email marketing trends, Klaviyo updates, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:
· 2+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM management, or digital marketing.
· Expertise in Klaviyo, including email automation, segmentation, and analytics.
· Strong copywriting skills, with experience writing engaging emails and LinkedIn content.
· Familiarity with B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
· Data-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing, performance tracking, and email optimization.
· Knowledge of LinkedIn marketing strategies and business engagement best practices.
· Experience with GDPR compliance and email list management.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
