Responsibilities:

Marketplace Strategy & Management:

· Oversee and optimize Bazar Bizar’s presence on Orderchamp, Faire, Ankorstore, Maisondumonde, La Redoute, Lightspeed, Shopify, and other relevant platforms.

· Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, visibility, and brand presence in collaboration with the marketing team.

· Monitor marketplace trends, competitor activity, and algorithm changes to stay ahead of industry shifts.

· Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and adapt strategies accordingly.

Account & Relationship Management:

· Serve as the main point of contact for marketplace account managers, ensuring strong relationships and leveraging opportunities for brand growth.

· Negotiate exclusive deals, featured placements, and marketing collaborations with marketplace representatives.

Pricing & Promotions:

· Develop competitive pricing strategies based on market trends and competitor analysis.

· Plan and manage promotional campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team and marketplaces.

· Utilize each marketplace’s marketing tools (e.g., sponsored listings, seasonal promotions) to enhance visibility and drive sales.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

· Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and conversion rates to optimize listings, pricing, and promotions.

· Use analytical tools to track listing performance and suggest improvements.

· Provide regular reports and insights to management, highlighting opportunities and challenges.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

· Work closely with the product listing specialist, inventory team, marketing team, and customer service team to ensure seamless marketplace operations.

· Review and audit product listings regularly to correct errors or inconsistencies and coordinate with the data team to maintain consistency across all marketplaces.

· Ensure all promotional and marketing efforts are aligned across platforms by collaborating with the marketing team.

· Coordinate with the technical team to streamline integrations and improve listing automation.

Qualifications:

· 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or online sales.

· Strong knowledge of online marketplaces (experience with Orderchamp, Faire, Ankorstore, Maisondumonde, La Redoute, Lightspeed, and Shopify is a plus).

· Data-driven mindset with experience in pricing strategies, promotions, and analytics.

· Experience using analytical tools to track performance and make data-backed decisions.

· Excellent negotiation and communication skills to manage relationships with marketplace representatives.

· Ability to multitask and manage multiple marketplaces efficiently.

· Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn and use marketplace marketing tools effectively.
