Responsibilities:

Social Media Management & Content Coordination:

· Oversee and manage Bazar Bizar’s presence on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and Pinterest.

· Work with the content creator to develop and maintain a consistent posting schedule.

· Ensure content aligns with the brand’s visual identity, voice, and messaging.

· Assist in the creation and scheduling of posts, reels, and stories using social media management tools.

Community Engagement & Growth:

· Engage with our audience by responding to comments, DMs, and messages in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.

· Actively participate in conversations, trends, and relevant hashtags to boost engagement.

· Develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand loyalty.

· Manage and grow Bazar Bizar’s community groups or forums, fostering an active and positive environment.

Social Media Campaigns & Advertising:

· Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns.

· Assist in the creation of social media ads and sponsored posts to drive sales and awareness.

· Monitor the performance of paid campaigns and suggest improvements based on data insights.

Analytics & Reporting:

· Track and analyze engagement, reach, and conversion metrics to measure the effectiveness of social media efforts.

· Provide regular reports and insights to the Marketing Head, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

· Use insights to adjust strategies and optimize future content and campaigns.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

· Work closely with the marketing team, content creator, and e-commerce teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.

· Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to keep Bazar Bizar ahead of the curve.

Qualifications:

· 2+ years of experience in social media management, community building, or digital marketing.

· Expertise in Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and Pinterest.

· Strong understanding of social media trends, engagement strategies, and best practices.

· Experience in creating and managing social media campaigns and ads.

· Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Buffer).

· Strong copywriting and communication skills to craft engaging content and responses.

· Analytical mindset with experience in tracking performance metrics and optimizing content.

· Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced digital trends.
