Bazar Bizar, a leading furniture and home décor brand, is looking for a Sourcing Specialist to strengthen our supplier network and ensure top-tier production. With roots in Indonesia and a core team in Belgium, we are passionate about finding the best suppliers to bring our designs to life.

In this role, you will identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with new suppliers, conduct on-site visits, and ensure our products meet quality and sustainability standards. You’ll collaborate closely with vendors and internal teams to maintain a seamless supply chain. If you have a strong analytical mindset and enjoy supplier scouting, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

· Research, identify, and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure high-quality production and cost efficiency.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.

· Conduct on-site visits and supplier mapping, ensuring materials and production methods align with our brand standards.

· Assess supplier capabilities, reliability, and ethical production practices.

· Negotiate pricing, lead times, and contract terms to optimize sourcing costs and efficiency.

· Stay updated on market trends, new materials, and sourcing opportunities.

· Prepare detailed sourcing reports, including vendor assessments, pricing analysis, and quality evaluations.

Qualifications:

· Experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in furniture or home décor.

· Strong communication and negotiation skills to establish solid supplier partnerships.

· Willingness to travel and conduct supplier visits for product assessments.

· Analytical mindset with the ability to assess new vendors based on quality, cost, and reliability.

· Attention to detail in evaluating materials, craftsmanship, and production methods.

· Ability to work independently and make data-driven sourcing decisions.
